1      Introduction 

This privacy statement explains how “Finding Your Path” handles your data and what your rights are.

“Finding Your Path” is a label of PragmaticAll. PragmaticAll is seated in Beek & Donk, and is registered in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 55709060.

Under the “Finding Your Path” label, PragmaticAll coaches and trains individuals.

2 Data processing

Finding Your Path processes data for the following purposes:

2.1 Coaching & Training

Which data is processed?

Name & contact details of the client; if applicable: name & contact details of organization

Who receives the data?

Finding Your Path / PragmaticAll
Google: I manage my contacts with Gmail
Dropbox: I store coaching contracts in Dropbox

How long is the data retained?

For the duration of the assignment and up to 2 years after the last contact

2.2 Billing

Which data is processed?

Name, Billing address, Company name and billing codes (if applicable)

Who receives the data?

Finding Your Path / PragmaticAll
Client’s contact person for billing
MoneyMonk: I do my accounting & billing with MoneyMonk accounting software
Today Administraties: my accountant has access to MoneyMonk

How long is the data retained?

For the legal retention period (7 years)

2.3 Exclusions

It is possible that Finding Your Path / PragmaticAll has access to your data via e.g. LinkedIn, Medium, MeetUp or other applications. Finding Your Path doesn’t manage or process that data, and only has access to the data that you allow via the privacy settings of those applications.

No personal data is processed on Finding Your Path’s website (https://www.findingyourpath.nl).

3 Your rights

Here you will find what your rights are with regards to your personal data, and how you can exercise your rights.

  • Right of inspection: On your request, Finding Your Path will share which of your data is being processed upon your request.

  • Right of correction: On your request, Finding Your Path will correct any data that has been incorrectly submitted, modified or processed.

  • Right of transferral: if you switch from Finding Your Path to a different company, you may ask Finding Your Path to transfer your data to that company.

  • Right of removal: you can indicate that you don’t want Finding Your Path to process your data. In case this data is necessary for a service that Finding Your Path to you, this is only possible if you also end that service.

If you wish to exercise one of these rights, please send an email to info@findingyourpath.nl. Your request will be handled as soon as possible. This will take less than 1 week.

In addition you have the right to submit a complaint: if you want to submit a complaint, please do so via the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
